Clause Terlue was recognized for his many years of Optimist service and membership with the Sioux Valley Optimist Club and his especially his outstanding service to the Children’s Home Society Birthdays.
Past president, Rich Jensen was recognized for his service as President of the club. Janice Stoenber received recognition for her work as secretary and Patrick Erickson was also awarded for this past year as SVOC President.
We welcome Kara Peterson, who will take over as the new President of Sioux Valley Optimist Club. Other members of the SVOC board for 2021-22 include: Dave Martin-secretary, Carla Wilson-treasure, Janice Stoebner-2nd VP, Freeman Park, Laurie Hanson, Melissa Tordoff and Amanda Rensch as club representatives.
Kevin Watt, DMM District Lt. Governor was present to install the new officers for the 2021-22 year.
